Apartments, villas, restaurants, hotels, retail. Layouts, lighting scenarios, custom joinery, stone and material libraries. 3D, VR walkthroughs and full FF&E procurement.

Founded in 2009 as a two-desk workshop, today STUDIO ASCC unites architects, interior designers, landscape thinkers, engineers and storytellers. We believe buildings should be quiet, precise and generous — holding light, air and human rituals.
Our name — ASCC — stands for Architecture, Spaces, Concepts & Craft. Every project starts with research: sun paths, winds, habits, brand codes. Then we strip away noise until only the essential remains. That is why our houses photograph beautifully — and live even better.

Develop
Plans, sections, materials, lighting, joinery, 3D + VR. Permits and engineering.

We don't decorate. We edit. Every line must earn its place. If a detail doesn't serve light, flow or feeling — it goes. This discipline keeps budgets honest and spaces timeless for 30+ years, not 3 seasons.

How much does a project cost?
Architecture from $180/m² design fee, interiors from $120/m². Build cost guidance: quality remodel $1,200–2,200/m², new premium house $2,500–4,500/m². Fixed proposal after discovery — no surprises.
How long does it take?
Apartment interior 3–6 months design + 4–8 months build. Private house 5–8 months design + permits, 12–18 months construction. We give a Gantt with milestones on day one.
Do you work remotely / abroad?
Yes. 40% of projects are remote with local partners. Weekly video reviews, VR walkthroughs, site supervision flights, bilingual documentation.
Can you take only styling or FF&E?
Absolutely. Art curation, furniture packages, lighting scenarios and final styling as standalone service in 3–6 weeks.
